Gulfgate 204 - Beautifully remodeled with Coastal charm! Unit 204 is a second floor spacious 2 bed - 2 bath condo located directly on the Gulf. You are literally steps to the sand!

There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom with a lovely Gulf view and access to the Gulf front balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The two bathrooms are generous in size with a new modern custom tile shower in the primary bathroom and a new tub & shower combo in the guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The best part is the beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony- a perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate have numerous amenities: Free Internet - WiFi, Free parking, private beach access, swimming pool and grilling area!

Great start, rocky finish.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great and we love gulf gate! I was disappointed that the thermostat would only go to 70 but no lower. And it appeared that the thermostat had WiFi controls. We woke up several times hot during the night and the temp had been swapped from 70 to 80. That wasn’t a big deal. The most disappointing part was waking up our last morning to water draining in from the ceiling in the master bathroom. My hair straightener and drying brush along with all our toiletries were ruined. I called at 6:18 and reported the water and they were just getting there to clean it up when we were checking out at 10. I mentioned to the manager that I had items ruined by the water and all I got was a “I’m sorry”. It could use some cleaner pillows and rug.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 204 and it was wonderful. It was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We did not use the second bedroom. However, if we had, I think we would’ve had problems sleeping because it faces the front and light does shine in, and the air conditioning unit is right next to the bed and is very loud. overall highly recommend this complex. If you’re looking to stay at Panama City without the crowds and great location, this is your spot. 😊
