Located in Henry Flagler's Model Land Company area, it is only a short stroll to the old town and all that St Augustine has to offer. Perfect location just steps away from most St Augustine attractions. Walk to many restaurants and bars as well as museums and the famous fort. Spend the day exploring with no worries about finding parking. We offer parking options on the property for your convenience. It is only a short drive to several gorgeous beaches and other local activities. This is an ideal vacation destination regardless of the time of year.

The home has a private and peaceful feel of a past era despite being in the midst of the downtown action. Enjoy sitting on the front porch rocking chairs or enjoy the private, fenced back yard and deck for dining al fresco. Gorgeous updated kitchen and baths and cozy queen sized beds will ensure a restful stay. All the basics are provided. The home has been thoughtfully decorated with emphasis on comfort and convenience. Parking on site for up to 2 compact cars (parked alongside the home in a narrow space) and a priave parking space in the fenced in back yard. There is also free street parking (first come first serve) and a pay city garage a short walk from the home.

The location is second to none being a short walk from St George Street, the historic Fort, museums and countless restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect location for special events like July 4th fireworks, Nights of Lights (starting Nov 19-Jan 31st) and many festivals and concerts. We are located in a neighborhood with many short term rentals but also home owners and a real community. We ask you remember that on your vacation. We are also across the street from a school. This is great since it is a safe street and very quiet at night. However, during the daytime on school days, you may hear the happy sounds of children at play. Enjoy your stay....we always do!
