Nestled in the resort community of High Pointe, between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, this recently updated, fourth-floor condo boasts some of the best views that High Pointe offers. Affectionately referred to as Turtle's Nest on 30A, this corner condo features a wraparound balcony that can be accessed via the primary bedroom, one of the guest bedrooms, living room, and dining room.
In the open living, dining, and kitchen area, find walls of windows showcasing the Gulf and filled with all the comforts of home. Kick back, relax, and take in the sights and sounds of the surf below, along with Crabby Steve's Beachfront Bar and Grill.
Delectable eats can be prepared in the sparkling kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an expanded island. There's a separate dining room and a spacious living room with all the Gulf views. After a fun-filled day, unwind and watch the sunset. Have movie nights in the living area or watch from one of the TVs in each well-furnished bedroom.
From the balcony on the north side, enjoy a view of the enormous, lagoon-style pool deck and boardwalk leading to Crabby Steve's and the beach walkover to High Pointe's private beach access, where you'll be treated to a complimentary set of two beach chairs and an umbrella (as seasonally available). Pickleball and tennis courts are both on-site -- a coveted and rare amenity in the area! For those looking for a little more activity, your stay also includes the use of two beach bikes, available from the on-site vendor at the bike hut seasonally from March to October, where you can then take a tour of scenic 30A and High Pointe's beautiful neighboring communities. There are shops, dining, and recreational activities, all within walking/riding distance for your enjoyment.
Things to Know
Construction events:
April 10, 2024, a crew will start demoing Building 3’s ceiling and portions of the wall. They will move to Building 2, 1, and then the East building.
April 15, 2024, a crew will start in Building 3 to move HVAC vents & Sprinkler piping. Then move around to Buildings 2, 1, and East building. A crew will start demoing the floors on this day. They will begin in Building 2 and move to Building 1, East, and then 3. There will be a crew working on floors to prepare to lay tile, the crew will then start framing, hanging sheetrock, and laying tile. This all should be completed by Memorial Day.
As for the West building, there will be minimal impacts to guests accessing their vacation rentals. There may be minimal time where the elevators are down while tile is being removed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
