Family Get-Away

This was a cute little condo for our family of 5 to stay at. Great location to enjoy the beach and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the deck. We could enjoy the sound of the surf all night long. The commute to Barcelona was about 45mins-1hour but the train station was very close and easy to navigate our trip. Will stay here again if the opportunity arrives.

Nice stay for our city and beach trip

Nice apartment and friendly keyresponsible. Great view on the sea, which is directly in front of the house. We had several trips from here to Barcelona with train. Took about 45 minutes to centre of Barcelona. Which is of course some time, but it is ok.

Der größte Fehler der Wohnung: Keine Klimaanlage!! (unser Fehler, da haben wir bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet), bei Temperaturen über 30 kaum erträglich!Insgesamt ist das Apartment abgewohnt, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und etwas schmuddelig.Wohnzimmer: durchgesessene Sofas verhüllt mit schmuddeligen Decken.Küche: alte Schränke nicht ganz sauber, E- Geräte funktionieren, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck usw. in Ordnung. Ameisen.Schlafzimmer mit Blick aufs Meer: kein Vorhang, die Schiene hängt halb abgerissen herunter, keine Bilder an der Wand nur Löcher.Schlafzimmer zur Bundesstraße und der stark frequentierten Bahnlinie; Rollo funktioniert nicht, durch den Verkehrslärm stark eingeschränkte Nachtruhe.Bäder: schmutzige, teis schimmlige Fugen, Ameisen, verstaubte Lichtschalter, in einem Schrank Rasierabfall neben einem Epilierer, eklig. Im grösseren Bad kann man wegen dem grossen Waschtisch kaum auf der Toilette sitzen!!Balkon mit Meerblick sehr schön. Sehr gute Restaurants in Laufweite. Pools und Gartenanlage gut.Fazit: Für den Preis den wir im August gezahlt haben massiv überteuert und allein schon wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage nicht zu empfehlen.

Prachtig uitzicht en goed uitgerust

Het appartement heeft een magnifiek uitzicht aan de zeekant. Aan de weg-/spoorkant minder. De inrichting is gezellig en de inventaris is overvloedig. Alleen een waterkoker ontbrak, gek genoeg. Nadeel van het appartement zijn wel de zeer dunne muren en de luidruchtige buurvrouw. Ikzelf zou de muren dikker maken en het enkel glas vervangen door dubbel of tripel. Stand en station zijn direct naast het appartement. De tuin en het zwembad zijn keurig onderhouden. In mei is het dorp nog niet toerist

Lovely Appartment in a very good location. 2 minutes walk to beach. Nice gardens and swimming pools. Very close to train station so can be in Barcelona within 40 minutes. Would recommend having a car as shops are a distance away.
