Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Hat man sehr selten. Sie haben uns in allen Belange geholfen, hat immer sehr guten Tipps für Restaurants und zum Einkaufen. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist nicht mehr sehr gut. Sie ist durchgehangen, könnte man mal ersetzen. Dafür waren die Betten im 2 Zimmer ausgezeichnet.

Jahresurlaub in Pula

Neues und sauberes Haus, modern eingerichtet, sehr nette Vermieter, wir haben 3 mal frische Eier bekommen. Die Außenanlagen sind noch neu, wenig grün, die Terrasse ist noch nicht ganz fertig. Die Mülldeponie ist sehr nah, aber wir haben sie nur einmal per Geruch wahr genommen, sehr zentral gelegen, wir sind mit dem Fahrrad überall schnell hingekommen. Mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, Auto kann auf dem verschlossenen Grundstück abgestellt werden. Wir waren zufrieden.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung modern und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jedes Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, was widerrum bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Pula sind sehr gut und die Strände in Verudela einfach traumhaft. Zu erwähnen auch die schöne Stadt Rovinj.

Ruhige Lage im Schrebergarten

Wir haben im April wunderbare Tage hier verbracht und dank der guten Autobahnanbindung viele Ausflüge in ganz Istrien gemacht. Man wohnt im Grünen, genießt ländliche Umgebung und ist trotzdem in 10 Minuten im Zentrum Pulas. Wunderbare Buchten sind ebenso nah, insbesondere das tolle Naturschutzgebiet Premantura. So sauber haben wir noch selten ein Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Wichtig war für uns auch die gut funktionierende Heizung, denn wir hatten auch Schneefall.

Super tolles Ferienhaus!!!

Wir waren total begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einen großen Dank an die Vermieterin. Sie war sehr freundlich und um uns bemüht. Alle paar Tage hat sie uns fisches Gemüse, leckeren Salat und Eier aus ihrem eigenen Anbau gebracht. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Grillplatz und Terasse waren super!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :-) Fam. Scharf

Super Haus/ alles da, was man braucht/ ruhige Lage und trotzdem schnell in Medulin und Pula. Hausbesitzer sehr freundlich/ Klimaanlage/ kommen gerne wieder !!!!
