Welcome to Carolina Sunrise, a light-filled, mid-century modern lakefront retreat tucked in a peaceful cove just moments from Lake Norman's open waters. Whether you're watching the sunrise from your bedroom deck or challenging the kids to a game of pool downstairs, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and lakeside fun.

From the moment you enter, the open-concept main level welcomes you with expansive water views and a bright, flowing layout. The updated gourmet kitchen is designed for group gatherings, with bar seating for four and everything you need to prep, serve, and enjoy meals together. Share breakfast at the dining table for eight, or slide open the doors and take it outside to the al fresco dining deck.

The living area invites relaxation with a plush sectional, stone fireplace, and large smart TV—ideal for cozy evenings in or watching the game with a glass of wine in hand. Also on the main floor, the primary suite offers a peaceful escape with a king bed, TV, deck access, and a fully renovated en suite bath.

Upstairs, you'll find three more beautifully styled bedrooms—another king suite with a modern private bath and two inviting queen rooms that share a full hallway bathroom. Just outside the bedrooms, two sun-drenched sitting areas are the perfect place for a quiet coffee or an afternoon read.

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
