This recently updated Corner Unit condo at Islands End offers a vacation paradise of beach front views of the Gulf, dolphins, Lovers Key and the bay from a screened lanai and a second balcony (yes, there is nothing between you and the beach). The Condo is completely updated with new furniture, carpeting throughout, counters, appliances and trey lighted ceiling in the kitchen, a refrigerated wine cooler, with tile floors in the kitchen and entry. It has a 6-seat dining set, buffet, bar cabinet, 2 bar stools, 2 sofas, wine and liquor cabinet, 47' flat screen HDTV for your comfort and enjoyment. The large, screened lanai offers a perfect place to watch the dolphins. The second balcony off the dining room offers views of the sunset, beach and Gulf. The master bedroom also opens to the lanai and offers a King Bed, 32' LCD HDTV, large walk-in closet, bath with large walk-in shower, separate double sink/vanity. There is a second bedroom, a full bath with tub/shower and washer and dryer. Includes 2 heated pools, hot tub, tennis court, and fishing on the bay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off the water heater circuit breakers (#6 & #8) marked on the electrical panel.
Close water valve in closet by furnace (turn counter-clockwise to 90 degree angle of pipe). Turn off the ice maker in freezer.
Roll down all the hurricane shutters. Make certain that the shutters are completely closed. Leave the switch in the neutral position on side balcony.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect location on the South End of the island! Beautiful and bright corner unit fully furnished! The view is amazing! There is an office; however, I set up my work station at the kitchen table so I could see the ocean/beach/dolphins!! Perfect view from the bedroom too! Great communication with hosts.

Great month of work and play

We were lucky to find this property during the pandemic. We chose to move to Florida during the month to work and take time to enjoy the Florida warmth. The condo had plenty of space, it was very clean and being on the beach rocked. We were surprised how quiet the Condo was. We would rent again if possible.

We had a great stay at Islands End. From what we heard over and over around the pool, this is a very sought after location and building. We agree, the location is perfect in the middle of the island. The beach is very quiet. The sunsets are beautiful. Restaurants are close by. The unit itself was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. The view from the condo and lanai is breathtaking. Tim, the owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The other owners and renters were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this condo!

We have been using home away for quite a few years now and this is by far the best of the best. Tim and Lisa were great to deal with. The condo was truly immaculate when we arrived. Every thing that you could think of was available. The condo is on the south end of ft. myers beach. This was perfect for us as it is what they call the quiet end. Far enough away from the busy area but close enough for a short drive or trolley ride. Quiet condo, right on the beach, watch dolphins every day. Sunsets are beautifull, right from the patio. Great Vacation

My wife and I really enjoy our February stay at this beautifully furnished condo....this was our third year, and we're planning on returning next year as well. It's right on the beach so the dolphin viewing is wonderful, and it's conveniently located between Ft. Myers and Bonita Springs where there are never ending things to see and do. There are loads of good restaurants both close by as well as in the area. In the background (across the bridge) is Lovers' Key where there are numerous bike paths, nature trails, good fishing and more lovely beaches....everyone can have a good time here!

A wonderful location makes it easy to get to surrounding activities and restaurants in Naples, Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. We have stayed in this condo the last 3 years and have had a wonderful experience. It's been very well maintained and is beautifully decorated. The owner is very attentive to detail and enjoyable to work with.

A Vacation Paradise

We have found our new most favorite place on Earth...white sand beaches, glistening clear water, shells and sand dollars galore, and a condo full of all the comforts of home. Thank you Pattons' for allowing us to vacation as your guests! We would recommend Fort Myers Beach to all our friends...and your home in particular. The location is perfect for a morning stroll on the beach or a jog down the street...quiet and peaceful. But when you need groceries or a dinner out you are less than a stone throw away from all the action. Two adult couples stayed very comfortably in your home and cannot thank you enough for sharing your piece of heaven...a vacation that was truly relaxing, entertaining, and one of the best in our eyes. Best location on Fortmyers Beach.

My wife, son and I stayed at this property in March 2010 and were very happy we made the choice. This condo is very well kept and extremly clean. Its layed out very well, the kitchen and bathrooms are in excellent condition and the views are awsome. The location of this property, on the south end of Fortmyers beach, is the best on the Island in my opinion because it is less congested than the north end. The beach is also better than most other spots because it is extremly wide, offering plenty of room for any type of sports or activities. I would recomend this condo to all age groups, families or couples. There is a Publix, CVS Pharmacy, and a marina less than three miles away. For restaraunts, Flippers and the Fish House are very close and both were very good. The description of this condo is 100% genuine and exceeded all of my expectations. If we come to Fortmyers Beach again, this would be my first choice.
