HGTV Designers' Jessie & Tina transformed this one of kind craftsman home on their show "Vintage Flip | HGTV" Season One Episode 6. Located in the hip and eclectic area of Retro Row, this neighborhood has a walkable score of 94 and is considered the arts district of Long Beach. The bespoke craftsman is walking distance to Junipero Beach as well as the Fourth corridor, which is filled with chill coffee shops, unique vintage stores, farm to fresh local restaurants, outdoor lounges and bars!!!

~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM.
~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host's verbal or written approval.

~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.
