Very responsive and helpful host. Great proximity to the beach. We are a family of 4 and we found the condo to be very spacious. We appreciated having the use of the beach chairs. Plenty of cookware and utensils. We hope to stay here again soon!

This is a great pet friendly home with 2 nice porches, a nice yard (not fenced), and a private driveway. The home was clean and comfortable. It's a close walk to beach access and ice cream. We would happily stay here again.

Great location and beautiful place! Outdoor shower was a nice treat, and the plants were a nice touch. Loved walking the beach with my pup to see the sunrise and get coffee every morning at The Den Coffee Co,, and my tri-pawd loved the cold tile floors on those hot, sunny days. My family will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Excellent beach house with easy walking access to the ocean (roughly 3 minutes). The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook meals. Joe and his team were prompt with communication, timely and professional. We will certainly be back!

This cottage was perfect! Great location across from beach access, very clean, new appliances, well set up for a 2-4 people. On beach road, but set back a little, so you do have some privacy. Definitely will look to stay again.

Beautiful, well-maintained pet-friendly property with great communication from both the host and property manager. Loved the easy walk to the beach and nearby attractions. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks—we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing first time to the OBX. The apartment was clean and spacious. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, stores, and dining options. We loved being able to bring our pup. It was a wonderful experience and we will be definitely staying there again!

Would have easily given this unit 5 stars but the inconvenient and awkward entrance coming from the back from a street over was not practical at all. Washed out, pot holed piece of driveway just feet from another unit on main road was not visible at all even.in.daylight hardly. No sign, no number. Just an old pot holed drive. After driving back and forth on main road, stopping asking ppl, we figured out the washed out cracked drive was the back yard of the unit. You turn in there, go just a few feet before you approach a set of gate post with no apparent function yet they are so close together, we came within mil. Of ripping the passenger rear view mirror off our F-150. So warning for future guests....beware if you are driving a large vehicle. We learned quickly to pull out mirrors inward Everytime we left. ...you stepped in patchy grass and sand before the steps to go up. Fhouith sand constantly in the home so badly we went to Walmart to purchase a throw rug. There wasn't one rug in the entire unit. All this could and should be redesigned by simply paving a small part in front of this rental where the bottom flr guests have a nice concrete pad..going straight into the door. I looked and found no one single unit anywhere requiring guests to come in the back and having to walk through the sand. I really didn't want to leave this review as the unit itself would have been so enjoyable had we not had to figght sand the whole time we were there. Do the right thing! Fix this!!

Great stay!

Our extended weekend stay here was great. So close to the beach and centrally located for our sightseeing in the area. The dual porch decks on second floor made it nice to sit in the sun out front in the morning for coffee then the evening on the back deck for the sunset and another cup of coffee.

Great place!

Loved the charm of an older home but with the updated touches. Kitchen was wonderful. We loved the location as well. The host gave us wonderful dining recommendations that we found very helpful and we were satisfied with them all.
