Great location, close to everything in Rittenhouse square. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for 2 people, and the owner corresponds very quickly. Everything was working smoothly. Washing machine and dryer are an excellent solution for a long stay for light baggage travellers. Entrance to property is strictly set to the check in time so if you need to put your bags ahead of time make sure to contact the owner in advance. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway in Philadelphia - clean, comfortable, with a wonderful back deck, and a fabulous location close to great shops, restaurants and the lovely Rittenhouse Square. The bed is super comfortable; great towels, good appliances. Host was very attentive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. We'll definitely book here again.

Apartment and location were amazing! And the hosts were very quick to respond to any and all messages. There is an establishment downstairs that you could hear in the evenings on the weekend when you’re in the living room but it was quiet when you’re in the bedroom.

Cozy, beautiful and great location

This great apartment is perfect for one or two people. Clean. Excellent location. The team was easy to communicate with and responsive. There is a great restaurant and ice cream shop just below- so there is some noise in the evenings on the weekend, but I expect that in a city.

Great location & amenities.

We enjoyed the premises. Fortunately it is only one flight up the stairs. Great kitchen; 2 tv’s; quiet spot; lots of hanging closet space; & a washer/dryer.

Great Experience

The space was perfect for the three of us, and the host provided an air mattress. They were also amazing about adjusting the length of my stay when I had a change of plans. It was only a 15 minute walk to the convention center, with lots of bars and restaurants along the way.

Fantastic!

Wonderful, home away from home. The apartment was very clean, quiet and in a safe location. Close to shops and restaurant. We enjoyed eating breakfast from the balcony. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was better than staying in a hotel and we will definitely be back again!
