The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bedroom includes two single beds (90x200 cm). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, sink, mirror, and provides ample towels. The apartment is a non-smoking residence, although smoking is permitted on the balconies. A communal bike storage room is available. Please note that pets are not allowed, and a separate parking space can be booked upon request. A laundry package per person is included in the rental price.
