Enjoy the spectacular unobstructed views of Colorado's snow capped Rocky Mountains. Gorgeous Sunsets!! This home was newly remodeled on the main level. Situated on a sprawling yard with direct lake access. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 Living rooms, a nook and a sunroom . Includes King Bed, Queen, and a double bunk with full size mattresses. Sleeps 6 comfortably. . (No Exceptions)
Enjoy relaxing on the newly built 16 x 20 Deck and the sectional sofa. Light up the gas fire pit table and chill watching the serene view s and the Beautiful sunsets over the Rocky Mountains.
Make smores around the 2nd larger Wood burning Fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs. This is the good life!
Lastly.... Please enjoy dining and relaxing in the 180-degree view sunroom overlooking the gorgeous Lake. RELAX!!!!
Paddle boarding, included with life vests. Electric air pump / tube and rafts for you to enjoy!

It was perfect for us. We enjoyed time inside in the 4 seasons porch as well as outside on the downstairs patio. This place was stocked with supplies in the kitchen, games, water toys and firewood!! We loved the private dock and beach area and the massive yard is wonderful!

Boyd Lake House

The house is decent, but the real seller is the yard, dock, and relative proximities to many things to do in Ft. Collins, Boulder, and the Rockies, etc. Apparently, the neighborhood is not friendly to renters, but we did not have any problems during our stay and the Boyds were gracious hosts. Worthwhile stay!

Gorgeous Mountain Views and great house

Our family loved our stay. We loaded up on groceries and didn’t leave the property from check in to check out. Lots of time spent in the lake swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding…. The layout of the house is great for families. Very comfortable and nicely updated. The porch overlooking the water was our favorite spot. We hope to book this property again next year!

Great Lake location

All was well with property and the lake access/amenities where great. The only issues were minor: 1) the bathrooms were small as are common with this era home (1970s?) and 2) the front/east bedrooms got hot at night compared to the rest of the home and ceiling fans could help.

Wonderful Lake House

My family gathered at the Lake a house & we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. There is enough room for everyone to move around & play - indoors & outdoors. Huge back lawn for playing catch, fire pit & a deck overlooking the lake. We even took the kayak out on the lake. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful sunroom for dining.

Family Celebration

Sunsets and beautiful mornings. The views of the mountains, lake and skyline were beautiful and ever changing. Large living space - enclosed balcony was wonderful for playing games. Great place to start and end days of exploration and hiking or to just hangout and enjoy the views. Hosts were welcoming and very available though never needed. Definitely 5-Star.

Absolutely Stunning 🤩

This home was perfect for our stay. Very roomy for the 7 of us with amazing views of the mountains across the lake. The listing was VERY accurate. The home was extremely well stocked. Lake access was great! The rooms are bigger than they seem. The “nook” was spacious and included a large couch and desk. It ended up being the perfect spot for our oldest to put his air mattress and have a space of his own. The house has been remodeled and looks great. The only suggestion we have would be putting TVs in all of the bedrooms, and adding some type of door on the master bathroom. The host was easy to communicate with and extremely attentive. We hope to stay here again next summer! We haven’t been home for 24 hours yet and already want to go back! This home and this part of Colorado is definitely a new favorite place!

Great lake house

We had a lot of fun at the lake house! House was clean and beds were comfortable. Owns were quick to respond if needed. Paddle boards and kayaks were left to play on the water and the boys had fun with those! And the sunsets on the dock were amazing! We will definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic Family Fun

Our family was very comfortable inside this lovely, welcoming home! And the outside activities were beyond amazing! The view, lake, deck, fire pit area and lawn provided everything our family could have wished for! Thanks for providing the canoe, kayak, paddle-board, floating island, float tubes, games, toys, and firewood! This was a perfect accommodation for a Granna and an athletic family.

Relaxing, quiet place to stay

We had a very good time, their home smells good and is very clean. There is a gorgeous view of the mountains past the lake. We enjoyed the sunsets and watching the neighborhood skiers. We loved this property and location. The description did not disappoint. Direct access to Boyd Lake, mountain views from sun room, patio and deck on beach! Amazing location and views

We loved everything about our stay at the property! Amazing location overlooking Boyd lake and the Rocky Mountains. Great for families with 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks and floats included. Various size life vests as well. We loved the large deck near the water as well as a beautiful sun room and shaded outdoor table and chairs for family meals. We were able to catch lots of rainbow trout and bass from the kayaks which was fun as well! I would highly recommend staying at this property for a relaxing and fun trip!
