Enjoy elevated lakeside living in this newly renovated duplex featuring modern finishes, sophisticated design, and a second-story balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Loveland. This bright and stylish home offers peaceful water views, curated comfort, and effortless access to morning lake walks, nearby parks, Downtown Loveland, and the vibrant food, shopping, and brewery scene in Fort Collins. Dogs are welcome—just be sure to add them to your guest list. Sorry, no cats allowed.



Tour the Home



Enter the home by ascending the exterior stairs to the second-story front door. Inside, the open layout places the renovated kitchen and dining area to your right, with the inviting upstairs living room to your left. Down the hallway are two bedrooms—one with a plush king bed and the other with a full-over-full bunk—along with a full bathroom and a laundry area stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.



Head downstairs to a spacious second living room perfect for movie nights or spreading out, complete with a wet bar for drinks and snacks. This level also includes a full bathroom and a private bedroom with a luxurious king bed. From this floor, you can access the attached 2-car garage for convenient parking and easy loading.



Guest Access:

Guests will have a personalized door code for the front door entrance. After entering walk downstairs and open the 2 car garage from the inside. You're welcome to park here or in the additional parking spaces out front.



Other Things to Note:

This is a side by side duplex with the second story balcony being divided between the two units. If you are traveling with a large group please let us know and we can send you the listing for the next door unit which is also a 3 bedroom / 2 bath.
