City home with country feel. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Less than 5 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, 10 minutes to downtown and 1/2 block to the River to Sea Bikeway. Then come home and relax on your back deck while grilling and looking out to the serene wooded back yard.
Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, as well!
Additional features include king size bed in master and queen bed in guest room. Plenty of off-street parking.
The entire side of this 2 bdrm, 1 bath duplex is yours, along with a little front porch & back deck.

We loved it. Perfect for my two children 24 & 9 and my grand dog. We had a very comfortable stay. It was close to everything and had great items in the kitchen.

Lovely property, great location, responsive owner

Enjoyed our stay but there were some issues - didn't find trash bags (!); the lighter ran out of lighter fluid too soon; previous tenants didn't take out the trash bins and actually threw a trash bag into the recycle bin; so we couldn't recycle. I think it's on the owner to take care of trash bins; not on tenants.
