This beautiful 2 bedroom home is located close to everything Wilmington has to offer. Located 6 miles from Wrightsville, 4 miles to downtown Wilmington, a mile from UNCW and 3 miles to Screen Gems studios. Plenty of shopping close by as well as a plethora of dining opportunities. Our home is located on a nice quite street and has a large fenced yard for your K9 friends to enjoy. Everything you need for a weekend or several week stay is provided.

Weekend getaway

The house was charming and had everything we needed.The back deck was great for enjoying stargazing . Would definitely recommend if your planning a stay in Wilmington. The location was perfect to visit historic downtown Wilmington. We also enjoyed the trails at Carolina Beach. Host Craig was very responsive when needed.

Christmas w the new Wilmington grandbaby-

Craigs place is perfect for a short stay or a longer vaca either one. Clean, stocked with all mentioned amenities. They even went above and beyond and decorated the house inside and out for us for the holiday! That was a good surprise especially being away from home. Great host. Great little house, highly recommended.
