A wonderful fall break vacation! We paddled every day directly from the house. The pool and hot tub were a welcome treat in the evenings. We always love visiting Crystal River!

Great Home on the water! Rebecca was so nice and communication was outstanding. They house is roomy and comfortable, the pool/spa area was fun and relaxing and BBQing in the outdoor kitchen was great! Close to the springs to see the manatees and took the boat to restaurants was fun!We would stay here again when we visit Crystal River!

My family had a great time and no one was ready to leave at the end of our stay. Really enjoyed the pool and access to water for kayaking. Rebecca was very responsive to all communications as well.

Overall, we had a great time the ramp to the floating dock needs a little bit of non-skid. It was pretty steep and pretty slippery when wet other than that the house was clean. The host was excellent to deal with. Our trip was mostly in the boat fishing.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Rebecca was very easy to work with and we had no issues at all. The pool and spa is an amazing oasis and we spent most of our days enjoying the amenities. The beds are super comfortable and the second floor movie room was great to hang out in. The main floor is tired and needs some TLC. The furniture is worn and needs updating, along with the kitchen.

The house was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there & will definitely stay again. The boat dock was easy to tie up to, the dock was nice and easy to get on and off of. The pool and spa were very well maintained and nice to have after a long day on the river. We used the outdoor kitchen every night for dinner. The host was so helpful and responsive! Overall 10/10

The house was beautiful & in a super relaxing place! Barely any people around which is a plus when you're on vacation! We saw so much wildlife from the dock. Turtles,stingrays, manatees, gators and a shark. Very quiet area and a great place to rest and reset. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We will definitely recommend! Thanks for the great experience!

The property was just as described. This is a wonderful location, close to everything you could need. Being able to kayak from the house is such a plus. We enjoyed seeing manatees each time we went out.
