The apartment (35 m²) in the Koserower Sanddornweg (formerly Kreuzstraße) is located on the ground floor of the detached house of the host and has a separate entrance. It includes a living room with integrated kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator -without freezer etc.) and a couch group (sofa bed for one person), TV and Wi-Fi access. The bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable double bed so that the apartment is suitable for 2 persons (bed linen and towels are provided. An adjacent terrace invites you to relax. The bathroom has a toilet and walk-in shower, and the apartment has underfloor heating. Parking space (free space) and Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit (garage) are available. The host asks not to smoke inside the apartment. Arrival from 15.00 o'clock possible, departure until 10.00 o'clock, tourist tax is to be paid on arrival from Monday to Thursday independently with the spa administration. For arrival Friday to Sunday, the tax is payable to the landlord.
Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom. Here you have Achterwasser and Baltic Sea very close to each other. The Streckelsberg offers an unforgettable view of the Baltic Sea.
The amber baths can be explored by bike or on foot. The larger seaside resorts such as Zinnowitz, Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are easily reached by train, car or bicycle.
As a seaside resort Koserow has the most important infrastructure, such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, drugstore and of course restaurants.
