Our spacious rustic farmhouse with AC is waiting for you and your family. We have a gate around the pool (not in all pictures) and plenty of play and recreation area. Plenty of parking and activities for children and adults. Whether you’re bringing the sports team or enjoying a quiet space with the family, our rustic style floors yet modern kitchen is waiting for you.
We are right outside the city limits, yet just down the road from grocery stores, medical facilities and easy freeway access. Quiet yet convenient.
One story home with 2 master bedrooms, outdoor playground for kids and 2 living room spaces.
******This is a one story home although this is a small step (1 Step) off of the foyer into the livingrooms.
We have a pack-n-play, high chair and plenty of space for the kids to run around. We are a very family friendly home.

We have a basketball / tennis court (net is down at this time).

Life jackets available for children.

Plenty of parking.

We have an open floor plan and the houses sits on a large 2.5 acre property.

Traveling medical staff; you are only a few min from 4 local hospitals. 3min-15min away.

Great space

Perla was a great host! We really enjoyed the property. The pool was fun, there were tons of games and activities for the teens. The kitchen was great for prepping our meals. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Great property with a wonderful pool. We booked this property for our techs working in the Fresno area.Property was very clean and had everything our techs needed for a comfortable stay.We did have one small issue that was handled quickly! Great response from the owner.We will definitely book this property again, if it's available for more trips.

Wonderful Home

We needed a place for 12 family members that were going to Fresno for a funeral. The home is spacious with lots of activities such as the game room, pool, trampolines, etc. The host was responsive to our requests. Looking forward to our next trip to Fresno & staying there again.

Perfect family trip

We had a party of 7 adults and 3 kids under 5. It was safe, clean, and well equipped for littles. It was a relief to have so much to occupy our kids. It made our trip that much better. Thanks to Perla and Chris for helping this mom and dad enjoy their vacation.

Great Family Space

Had a nice relaxing stay, great halfway place for the families to meet. the description doesn't tell you everything there, kitchen has plenty of dinner & cooking ware, large open kitchen and living room for everyone to hang, plenty of board games for the kids. Backyard is big, plenty of outside seating & BBQ, gets a little windy in the afternoons so brings debris into the pool but nothing you cannot scoop out. big house to relax with large family. Thank you.

My whole family and I loved the property. First of all the layout was beautiful! Open space was a plus since we took 2 toddlers that love running around and we could keep an eye on them while cooking (also my 7 month old baby boy while he was taking a nap). Our favorite part was the pool since the weather was over 100°F. It was the main attraction for the whole family. My husband and the other guys loved the basketball court! I stayed in the main room which was awesome for my husband, 2 kids and I. Can't say enough about this home. It was perfect for our 10 family nembers that went with us. Also, great communication with Perla (property owner) when we has issues with the fridge late night and she quickly replied with solutions for it. Deffinitely recommend this place to anyone!

Lots of room!

Coming to town for a funeral after having been gone for over a decade presented many possible scenarios: joy at seeing family and friends, but sadness over why we were gathering. This house had room for family talk and sharing while also offering the space for solitude and quiet conversations if preferred. Host was very kind and available.

Hi we lived in this home and loved it! We now are excited we get to help others create some of the great memories we created. I thank you for considering out home. Our small business and your support has helped us spend extra time with our 3 year old, 5 year old and our 19 year old.

Why they chose this property

We remodeled many aspects of this home because we wanted a spacious one story home for our kids to run around and make great memories. We want kids to have fun and parents and families to connect. Open kitchen, easy flow into the living room, and extra touches like a piano for play, an outdoor playground and a fantastic pool is all part of the fun!
If you are a traveling nurse, we are close to Clovis Community and easy freeway access (15 min to several other facilities).

What makes this property unique

Plenty of parking, rural setting without being too far away from the city. It is a very desirable residential area for locals.
Pet friendly as well.
