Tl;dr: Small, clean place. Nice but not comfortable. Would not recommend for kids. No TV in common area. For a couple who doesn't mind sleeping on a really soft mattress, it's a great spot.
The property looks nice and was very clean (except for the inevitable sand on the floor). The location was great--next to a coffee shop and a short walk to beach access. The property manager--Farrah--was very nice and communicative.
Although the furniture and decor is trendy and cute, it's low quality, and definitely not comfortable. We were worried that if anyone sat down too hard, the couch would break. It worked well enough for four adults, but there wasn't a place to lounge comfortably, especially after coming in from the beach. The outside shower was a really nice feature though.
The king size bed had little-to-no support, but it was also the only place to sit and watch TV. No TV in the common area. The bunkbeds had the opposite problem--thin mattress on hard wood. The sheets felt cheap, and there weren't any blankets.
The kitchen, however, was very nice and well-stocked. The shower was also quite nice, and the bath towels were much better quality, compared to the sheets.
Overall, good but not great.
