The Silverseas Cottage - Charming, Immaculate with Private Pool - 2 Golf Carts

Welcome to the Silverseas Cottage, an immaculate and charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home on remote North Captiva Island. Located less than a two minute walk to the gorgeous gulf
beaches, this home was newly remodeled in the spring of 2022. It features over 1,800 square feet
of open living space including an expansive new living room with soaring cathedral ceilings, a fully
stocked gourmet kitchen, and a beautiful new dining room complete with 180 degree views of the
private, lushly landscaped pool patio. Our home offers every amenity for our guests, including two golf carts for your use during your stay.
Home Amenities & Details
Ground Level
The lower level and pool deck is the perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining. The heated pool
and expansive deck area is a private tropical oasis surrounded by palms, flowering hibiscus, citrus
trees, and seagrapes. Here you will find a conversation area, rope hammocks, outdoor games, and
a picnic table and gas grill and green egg for cookouts. There is also an outdoor shower and a fish cleaning sink.
Main Level
The first floor is the main living area of the home. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with labradorite
granite countertops, a coffee bar, and a peninsula with bar stools for enjoying a quick meal. The
kitchen is equipped with a gas range, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. In addition, there is a full
range of small appliances, including both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker, a toaster, a
blender, a Magic Bullet, a hand mixer, a waffle maker, a crockpot, and an ice cream maker.
Directly off the kitchen is the dining room which features a large table and seating for 6. The room
is surrounded with windows, offering a panoramic view of the property. Sliding doors at the end of
the dining room open up to a screened lanai overlooking the pool patio- the perfect spot to relax
with a drink before dinner.
The living room is designed for conversation and comfort. With seating for 8, this professionally
decorated space includes a leather sofa and four custom upholstered arm chairs. The 65” Samsung
Smart TV is complemented by a Sonos entertainment system.
Completing the main level are two bedrooms, a shared bathroom with twin sinks and a jetted tub
and the laundry room. The queen bedroom has french doors accessing a screened lanai. The
second bedroom features a double bed with a pull-out trundle. Both bedrooms have their own
televisions. The spacious laundry room includes ample storage for supplies and beach towels.
Second Level
The second level of Silverseas Cottage is dedicated exclusively to a spacious master suite which
includes a king size bed, an office area with a television, a large walk-in closet, and ensuite master
bath. Two sliding doors access the second story sundeck complete with chairs for watching the
stars and gulf sunsets.
Entertainment Our home is stocked with a variety of board and card games for adults and
children. There is also a stocked book shelf and we have a DVD collection of popular movies.
All bedrooms have televisions and we have Sonos speakers for music streaming throughout
the house. The living room television is a SmartTV with a soundbar and Direct TV. Streaming
services include Hulu, Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime

Security Cameras are located on the perimeter outside of the property only. There is also a Ring doorbell.
