This is a beautiful home located in Pecan Lake subdivision in west Little Rock with a private park and stocked lake for fishing! This 3BR 2BA home will easily accommodate 8 guest! There are smart TVs in each bedroom and a large TV in the family room WI-FI is provided. There are many updated amenities including an adjustable/massaging king sz bed in the master bedroom. There is a washer/dryer available, cooking supplies, linens, towels, and so much more! There is also a huge fenced backyard with a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Location was great for the wedding location at Alda’s Magnolia Hill

Large home to spread out for the family Had a problem with ant’s getting into food left out of refrigerator. (Box of cereal) There was plenty of towels and linens. Did not get entry code to get in at check-in. Requested from owner and he sent to me within a couple of hours. Overall a nice large place close to shopping and dining.
