Our newly, remodeled home sits right on the Arkansas River, and is a short drive to the Little Rock airport (3 miles) and downtown (7 miles). The den boasts a fireplace, Lending Library, and some of the best early morning sunrises over the river. This space is perfect for corporate travelers or an adult getaway. With attention to detail, this house is sure to feel like your "home away from home".

No street parking. We have adequate parking available in the driveway for the number of guests we allow.
There is a white camera module plugged in to the wall in the bedroom with the trundle. Please keep this plugged in at all times.

We feel lucky that we found this listing to stay around Little Rock. It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, with great bed/linens and had such a great setup. The home was in a quiet neighborhood backing up to the Arkansas River. It made for a nice view with early morning coffee. The home had been upgraded inside and was neat and well-furnished. We were only there two nights to attend a concert in town, but it was perfect for our group. The third bedroom was actually two twins with one sliding out, but it was comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. The kitchen had everything you needed. We will be returning to this property the next time we need to stay in Little Rock.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The home was clean and cool when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio as well as walking down to the river. This home is very near and dear to my heart. It was a personal home for years and remodeled with our new guests in mind! I love the close proximity to the airport when traveling. I love how close it is to downtown Little Rock but far away enough to be peaceful!
