This place was phenomenal. Great ambiance, great location, and the host was very kind and communicative. Very spacious and can accommodate a full family.
Perfect location. Easily accessible to all parts of the city and surrounding communities. Loved the homey feel of the space. Host communication was impeccable!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Great place to stay in Little Rock! The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the unit was nicely stocked with plenty of towels and essentials to make our stay feel like home. The property owner was very attentive and checked on us after we checked in. We will definitely stay again when we visit Little Rock!
This was our second stay here and it was just as comfortable, clean, and conveniently located as the first time. If anything, we enjoyed ourselves even more. Becca is the consummate hostess and took incredibly good care of our family!
Beautiful place with nice amenities! Easy to get to downtown or other neighborhoods close by! The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
We had an awesome experience with this rental. The communications with host were great! They were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was well appointed, had character and was walking distance to a great restaurant. Also easy to get there, and good parking. Hope to stay there again the next time we are heading to Little Rock!
The loft is cozy and clean. We enjoyed everything about it. We come to Little Rock often and will book again. The only reason I gave it a 3 on the listing is because the parking is not mentioned in the listing. We only found out after booking that parking is limited. Lucky for us it was a week night that we stayed and not much happening. We were able to get a parking spot but our other party had to park at the gas station across the street. It's always nice to know these things up front.
The apartment was beautifully furnished, decorated, and clean. A great place to relax from a long day of conference activities. A very steep set of stairs lead to the entryway to the apartment so this place is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is situated between a great seafood restaurant and a cozy coffee/tea/IPA beer lounge. Walking/biking is optional because of paths.
The place is awesome. Its a beautiful little apartment in a great location. Becca, the host, was so kind and a great communicator. The issue I had is unfortunate because everything else was awesome. The master bed smelled BAD. The linens and pilliows had a definite odor. Everything appeared to be super clean. I don't know if the mattress needs to be replaced or what but it was bad. I hope they get it figured out because other than the bed, everything was great.
