It is THE tiny house of 30-A!

'Making Waves' is the most CHARMING house, full of character and just steps to the Seagrove public beach access, Seagrove Market and Surfing Deer restaurant! Also just a short walk to Publix in WaterColor!

This home comes fully equipped with its own private stock tank pool for those hot summer days, string lights for ambiance, a BBQ for grilling out, outdoor shower + full washer/dryer, claw foot soaking tub, queen size bed, TV, and more! It truly has it all!

The space

We are in love with this house!

The interior of the home is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, dining table and chairs for two, TV, claw-foot soaking tub, and kitchenette.

Outside, you will find a darling outdoor living space with string lights, stock tank pool, BBQ grill, the outdoor shower, and washer/dryer.

Walking distance to the beach access, highway 30-A, Surfing Deer, Seagrove Market, Publix in WaterColor, and more!

-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, grill or other amenities provided to guests. We require our rental agreement to be signed upon booking.

This “Tiny House” is perfection!! One of the two complementary bikes was missing. I notified the property management bike company and they got one out ASAP just in time for us to go on a gorgeous bike ride this tiny little house is absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back.

Tiny Home

Absolutely nothing in the home worked. The ac was out, the tub wouldn’t hold water, the door knob was a few turns away from falling off, maintenance people had door code (which is fine except it felt unsafe at night), no tv entire time.

Hi Amy, thank you for this important feedback. I would like to mention first off that we have since fixed the AC and door knob. The knob while it may have been a little loose was still able to be locked up for safety. While the mini split was needing services, we did provide a portable AC in the home which was able to provide cool air in the unit. Thankfully that week was cooler than most, so an AC wasn't needed for many of our homes. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused during your stay and we really would love to host you under better circumstances!
