Service Station is primarily an "extended stay" rental with a typical minimum night stay of 30 days although may be occasionally offered for short term rentals. Please call to inquire about pricing for stays longer than 31 days.
This apartment sits on the 2nd floor of a large, old house that was converted to apartments somewhere around the 1930's – 40's. Over the course of 2018, this home was renovated to bring it current with today's amenities. This was a historic renovation and thus most of the original details were maintained and salvaged. The days when a trip to the service station brought you a smile are mostly gone, but the nostalgic element returns in this apartment. A place where you feel like you've escaped the modern day stresses and found a simpler time. A neat part about all of this is that the original Belmont service station, although not in use, is still standing today and a distinct piece of the downtown architecture.
