Small space with great location
The condo is cozy but in a great location. Bedroom upstairs is spacious, common space downstairs is tight. Kitchen has everything you need. Tidy outdoor space with a grill. Easy walking to downtown, including Marcy street which has great food, coffee and shops. One downside is street noise from paseo de peralta. Rental management was very responsive.

Simply PERFECT!
My husband and I loved everything about this home and did not want to leave! It was clean, beautifully appointed and beyond well stocked. Everything was high end and lovely. The location could not have been better and the management team was top notch as well. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Historic Eastside
The condo was very nice. Felt comfortable from the beginning and our stay in Santa Fe was more pleasant knowing we had a safe, relaxing and secure place to come back to. Only subdued issue was the fact the fireplace is not a working fireplace. Description does not indicate this fact. Very minor issue and will not discourage us from renting this propery in the future.
