Rare.... available for entire Jan-Apr season due to medical cancellation. Experience the white sand of Siesta Key Beach in your toes without traffic and the cost. Lovely quiet updated condo on the ground floor at Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club only 15 minutes away from one the most pristine beaches in the US with us providing beach chairs and towels. Wine and dine on the waterfront. Front and rear lanais provide private ambiance that varies with your mood with views of a luscious golf course and nature preserves. Near 5 courses, one can get a tee time on one of them. Located on the Legacy Trail (look it up) , a bike path from Venice to downtown Sarasota and we provide the bikes. You bring the helmet. Nature paths, close in shopping (Costco) with restaurant and bar available at nearby clubhouse open to the public. Beach activities include surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding, shark teeth collecting and more....Heated pool, tennis, and pickleball are outside your door......all you need is to bring your own sunscreen. This location was perfect for our family. The unit was very clean and in a great location. We were very happy to have an air fryer to use. Everything in the kitchen was top notch. Having access to the bicycles was also a great perk. There was nothing negative I could say about this rental. It was a great experience. This type of condo is something my husband and I would love to purchase for our winter home.

Great Retreat

My husband n I stayed at this great condo. Our host, Penny and her husband were very helpful n easy to work with. The condo was nicely decorated and stocked with everything you might need! We loved being close to the Legacy Bike Trail. Our neighbors were all very friendly and there was plenty to do at the club: golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball and just enjoying the beautiful landscape around us. We would definitely stay again!

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This was our second time staying in this condo. The location was convenient to the pool used by our condo unit, the local grocery store, as well as many restaurants outside the golf community. The front and rear facing lanais provided a private location to relax whether looking for sun or shade. We enjoyed the comfort of all seating and dining and couldn't ask for more. Owners are delightful to work with. A GREAT place !! ENJOY

Our stay was everything we wanted and hoped for. The home was well appointed with very comfortable living room seating , the master suite bed was great as well as ensuite shower, the kitchen was well equipped, outdoor patios were very private, and only a short walk to pool. Owners were very friendly and answered any questions quickly. It was like a home away from home, and we look forward to our next stay there in the spring. A PERFECT vacation home !!

Palmer Ranch

The condo was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. Its location was excellent to beaches and great restaurants. The pool was heated and warm. The only negative was the TV. It was a streaming service only and we are used to a cable on demand service. It was difficult to navigate and some programs were not viewable until a few days after programming. Penny went above and beyond getting someone to navigate it and explain about the service. Not being able to get local evening news was a real negative for us. Again, Penny did an outstanding job getting help for us. If we had the opportunity to return we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Such an amazing place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of staying here! Beautiful remodeled condo on a great golf course! Super close to drive to nearby fun like Siesta Key, great restaurants, and downtown Sarasota! Would 100% stay here again. Penny is also an amazing host that goes above and beyond!
