The quintessential dog friendly Lake Wallenpaupack getaway! Cozy blue cabin close to the lake! This is a lake view cabin that is a very short walk to the lake.

Central air and heat, beautiful original stone fireplace, outdoor deck, fire pit, and plenty of room for corn hole!!

The town is Lake Ariel, and the lake it is on is Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a Lake View home that's a short walk to the lake area ( I would estimate around 200 feet to get to the lake/launch area). It has a community beach area where you can hang out at the lake, launch kayaks, fish, etc.

Close to many restaurants around the lake area. Perfect getaway cabin!

My wife, my two older sisters and I enjoyed our stay at the cozy "Blue House" cabin. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, charming, rustic decor and the central air, which was a godsend during the recent early-July heatwave! We also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, living room and outside deck/sitting area. The nearby cove beach on the southern end of Lake Wallenpaupack, which is really a boat launch area, was nice too. Although the ground was kind of rocky, requiring water shoes to wade into the lake, someone actually made an "adult sandbox" with four beach chairs next to the water, which we really liked sitting in. And being that we stayed during the week, we pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. Would definitely like to rent this place again!

Cabin was cozy. It needs minor changes but all in all the place was comfortable. Didn’t get a chance to use the fireplace. Maybe next time. The owner, Jack, was great. He responded quickly to any of our questions or requests. Above all, the place is very dog friendly. My goldendoodle felt right at home.

This was my first time using vrbo and this listing was exactly how it was described and in person, it was even better.It was a quiet little cabin in the mornings you could drink your coffee and look at the lake and at night, you can hear the water crashing against the rocks it was relaxing. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Great cabin and location! We had so much fun there. Great place to hangout and relax. Nice firepit, big deck, big windows inside that let in beautiful light that filters through the leaves on the trees.

Great stay by the lake

Went back for a second time and plan on going back for a third. Great house by the lake in a relaxing environment. Love that the house is only a short walk from the water.
