Great spot - perfect for downtown events.

Walking distance to all downtown venues and restaurants. Clean and safe building - the residents are great. We got to meet a few around the common BBQ area. Easy to use parking garage. Good to have since most of the grocery stores are about a fifteen minute drive from the apartment. Louisville has unfortunately, their fair share of homeless people, some not so nice, however manageable. You just need to be aware, especially later in the day.

Wonderful location, with great security. The unit was very clean and had many amenities, including coffee, sweetener, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils.
