Immerse yourself in our timeless 1920s Speakeasy at Neat Bourbon Bar. Special back door access to the worlds most divine selection of rare and vintage bourbon is literally just steps away from your rooms without ever leaving the premises.

The Gameyard

Raise your experience in our trademark 3,000 square foot Common Gameyard. Sporting artificial turf, you can challenge your friends in a plethora of games or simply lounge around multiple firepits.

Guest Access:

Skip the front desk and head directly to your suites at check in without the fear of forgetting your key! Upon booking, guests are provided with a secure individual keycode that only works for their suites for the duration of their stay.

Important Parking Information:

Parking is extremely limited given the dense urban environment, so we highly recommend using a ride share service or carpooling when feasible. Free parking is on a first come basis and available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is available as well on surrounding streets.



The Neighborhood:

Situated on Bardstown Road (voted Louisvilles Best Street) in The Highlands Historic District, you will have plenty of unique and iconic options to explore during your stay, no car required! The Highlands is extremely walkable and bike friendly with over two dozen restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, breweries, and endless locally owned places to find new treasures. Nearby Historic Cherokee Park designed by Fredrick Olmsted systems is home to over 400 acres of walking and running trails, vast green spaces and waterways to explore.



Bungalou borders downtown Louisville and the popular NuLu area where you can attend shows, sporting events, visit 4th Street Live, and walk across the Ohio River atop the pedestrian bridge to Indiana.



Getting Around:

Ride share services are highly recommended since parking is extremely limited. The Highlands is very walkable, and many scooters are nearby as well.

Bardstown Road is a lively street with walkability to many surrounding restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops, entertainment, and nightlife that can stay open until 2am.



Neat Bourbon Bar is located at the front of the property. Guests will have private back door access without ever having to step foot off the property. Neat Bottle Shop has all essentials for sale including spirits, beer, wine, and bourbon.
