Bring the whole family to the spacious cabin in the woods. Only 55 miles from Boise! Enjoy the geothermal pool to soak your worries away after you play a round of golf at the near by Terrace Lakes Resort. The kids will love the bunk room filled with games and there is another game room in the detached garage with ping pong and shuffleboard. Everything you need to enjoy your family vacation. Come see why we love the Sam Springs so much!
The space
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and has private access to a bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Sofa bed in the living room has a queen bed and is out of the way from the rest of the living space to add a little more privacy.
Bedroom #3 has 2 bunk beds. One bed is a twin over full while the other has 2 full beds.
Plenty of fresh linens and towels, including separate pool towels.
Other things to note
We are a family friendly quiet neighborhood. We expect our guests to respect our neighbors and keep the noise down from 10pm-9am.

Great trip!

Love this place!

This is a great house. It could sleep 10-12 and the great room is very big and accommodating. Didn't feel cramped at all with the 6 adults we had. Love the porches. The pool is amazing! We will be booking again for sure.

Our family's Garden Valley favorite!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Sam Springs house, and we hope to return in the future! For us the pool is what makes this house our favorite place to stay in Garden Valley. But we also appreciate the ping pong table, and Dad loves the outdoor grill. The house is always clean and well organized, and the owner is quick to respond to any problems that arise. Sam Springs provides a relaxing getaway spot!

Birthday Weekend

This weekend is our grandson’s birthday weekend and they always want a getaway instead of gifts. This year we surprised them with this treasure of a stay! The only way it could have been better would have been the ability to stay longer. Thank you Sam’s for allowing us to stay in your home!

Great place to stay with family!

We stayed 6 days with our 3 grandkids (ages 10, 13, and 15). We cooked our breakfast and dinners each night and really appreciated the very nice pots and pans. Plenty of cups and glasses too! We all had fun in the game room playing ping pong and table shuffleboard. The WiFi worked great for streaming a movie or two. The geothermal heated pool was our favorite. It was Very warm so we used it like a hot tub! We recommend this place to anyone!

The hot pool!!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. The house had everything that you would want and nicely decorated. The star of the show is the hot pool, of course. We swam 2 to 3 times a day under the stars and snowfall. Thank you for this lovely hidden gem. It was nice to spend time with dear friends, playing games and watching movies. We will be back.
