We enjoyed our room and its amenities. We were very disappointed that at such an expensive place, they did not heat the pool. Front desk staff is not friendly and seem unknowledgeable about the property and area and either unable or reluctant to answer any questions. They were very good at sitting in their chairs.

The lower ratings are due to 2 things: 1 - we arrived early on the first day and I asked via text and email if we could leave our luggage at the facility and received a hard no answer. When we got there, there was a convenient ticketing process to leave our luggage there. Instead we lugged it around for hours.2 - there are few thoughtful items in the apartment. Minimal condiments and bathroom items. Feels very much like an investment property run by people without much warmth or consideration. But, it was clean, great views and the rooftop is just lovely.

This place was absolutely beautiful, everyone I encountered here was very helpful & responsive! I believe the Vacasa team is separate than the Natiivo team which did result in a little bit of a wait time for us in getting our keys, however, it was understandable. The place itself was beautiful, clean and amazing views! Loved what a close walk it was from Rainey and other locations! Would highly recommend staying here! The amenities are great, the people are great, the service is great and the place itself is spectacular!

This was a wonderful space! We enjoyed staying here for a work conference, rooms were clean and well supplied. Plus it smelt great! It was close enough to walk to the convention center and nightlife or take a Lyft for less than $10. The valet staff was very accommodating. It did not matter to us, but the balcony door didn't lock which would be a concern if you have kids. Also, we always checked to make the sure main door to the unit was locked before leaving.
