Quiet West End - Steps to Beach

When you're ready to hit the white sand beaches of Panama City Beach but prefer to avoid the noise, congestion, and crowds of central PCB, come to Endless Summer Resort. Our one-bedroom condo is in this perfect little complex ideal for couples or small families. We have a balcony and are mere steps to two gorgeous courtyard pools and the beach just beyond across the street to public beach access #70. No fighting for a parking space, no lengthy elevators to wait on, no crowds of people.

Inside our 2nd floor condo (this does require a flight of stairs), you'll find an ample living area, a full kitchen for all you need to make meals or snacks w/new appliances, dining seating, and a private balcony overlooking the pools. The one-bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the living area offers a sleeper sofa for a maximum occupancy of 4. One bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination.

We have a private washer/dryer and free Wifi for your convenience. Guests need to be 25yrs old to book in this community.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and at the property for the duration of the booking.
No pets, parties or smoking. Guest must sign our digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
A $300 damage HOLD (not a charge) will be placed on guest credit card a day before arrival and released within 2 days of an uneventful stay.

Ideal vacation spot

The condo was exactly as advertised ideal location with close proximity to shopping and dining. A short walk to the beach each day with 2 pools to relax if that is what you are looking for. Terrific owners to work with with who communicate with you before and during your stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had the most wonderful time in PCB. The condo was beautifully decorated, and its location was only a few minutes away from our event. While the mattress was a bit too firm for me, it wasn't a major issue. We genuinely appreciated the condo and all its amenities.

Great Place to Stay

The property was just as described. My husband and I wanted a quick getaway and this was perfect for the two of us. The property was clean and just a short walk over to the beach. The owners made sure that we had everything that we needed. Overall a great property.

Hello!! Welcome to Sunny Beach Horizons in Endless Summer Condo's. Joe and I have vacationed in the Panama City Beach area over the years. We both love the white sugar sand beaches and small town feel of the area. We moved to "The Beach" in 2018 after Joe retired from the Army. We have lived all over the United States but we call Florida home now. Our condo is located on the quiet west end of the beach near Pier Park, shopping, the famous Thomas Donuts, Blue Market, Winn Dixie, Carousel Market and Liquor and Mike's Oyster Bar and Seafood. We are directly across the street from public beach access 70 & 71, which is a short walk from the condo. We love to walk on the beach in the morning and catch an amazing sunsets to end the day. We live here full time and are happy to help you with any suggestions on what to do, where to eat and any other questions you may have. We look forward to your stay with us!
