This was probably one of the best beach trips the family and I have experienced. Having the house directly on the beach, extremely quick and easy access, truly made it the most enjoyable experience. Moving things to and from the beach is always something we dread and it was so easy here to setup and leave everything setup all day.Beyond that, the house was very spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we could have needed. Truly enjoyed the stay, thank you!

Best Rental on the Cape so far! Carol is a wonderful host and answered questions almost immediately! I highly recommend this home for your escape to the Cape! We enjoyed it so much we booked it again before we left!

We just checked out of this property and cannot say enough great things about it. It was super clean, had a greatly stocked kitchen and the view, oh my, the view!!! I was a little concerned about being by the public entrance but it wasn’t an issue at all. We had a couple of SMALL issues/questions but Phil and Carol answered them immediately and didn’t laugh at us. Wonderful hosts. We hope to come back again and again. It was a wonderful week

We had a great trip here! The house was clean and in a great location, right on the beach. Lots of deck space and outdoor seating to enjoy for when you’re not at the beach.

Our family had a great time! We will definitely be back. The hosts are super nice and respond quickly if you have any questions. Best part is going out on one of the decks to drink your coffee in the early morning.
