Best Rental on the Cape so far! Carol is a wonderful host and answered questions almost immediately! I highly recommend this home for your escape to the Cape! We enjoyed it so much we booked it again before we left!

Our own Sand Castle

This was our family vacation. 10 of us & we had a fabulous stay!! The house was beautiful, inside & out!! It has everything you need! Located on the beautiful white sandy beach of Cape San Blas. A fabulous location. Good bedroom, kitchen and living area layout. There are a few item needing clean up. There was an outside elevator which does not work and looks junky. There are some boards under the deck that need to be tightened up. It would be nice to have some floats and outdoor games. It was a great stay with beautiful sunsets.

I wanted to address the Elevator that this tenant is talking about. It is a cargo lift that has been deemed a discontinued model. Therefore, we have disabled this cargo left for safety reasons. And our description of the property this lift is not mentioned as an amenity. There are companies in the area that will provide beach chairs, umbrellas toys, if a client would like them.

Great Beach House

This beach house was perfect for our fall family vacation. It had a wide open floor plan to accommodate our large group and a well stocked kitchen. The biggest plus for us was you can't get much closer to the beach which was huge with 6 grand kids under 10 yrs old. The property managers Phil and Carol are awesome to work with and we will definitely be back again soon!
