It was a wonderful stay, I will say just in case you aren't aware there is a fire detector hanging off the wall. Beautiful property, pool was refreshing and the quiet neighborhood was relaxing! Thank you again and I hope to stay again soon!

The Host responded very well during our stay. The home met our needs. The clothes washer walked across the floor during the spin cycles. The heating and cooling worked very well. The pool is well maintained. The low profile of the beds were a little difficult for an older person. The walk-in shower is a plus compared to a tub.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable & we were glad we’re good all stay together. I paid extra (25/day) to have the pool heated and it never warmed up enough to get in. The spa was warm but it would take an 1-2 hrs to get warm. The kitchen was lacking a few essential items (can opener, pizza pan & cutter, hot pads, dish towels & cloths.

The house is located near stores, easy to get to other areas of Tampa. The house is clean and there are enough kitchen supplies to cook and enjoy meals. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, it was the main reason we chose this rental.

Perfect place for the family
