Private 3 Bed 2 Bath near all the most popular golf courses, hiking trails and only 10 minutes from Cave Creek, Carefree, Desert Ridge and Scottsdale. Private back yard with pool, dining space & lawn area. Designated work-from-home space. Updated house with new kitchen countertops & appliances, brand new furniture & flooring throughout.

This Cave Creek Casa has all you need to escape. Perfect for friends, families and/or golfers.

Other things to note
**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is only offered October-April. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests entire stay; at $50 per night.

Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.

Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop in 60s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. We do provide an overnight-solar cover to help combat extreme winter fluctuations. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

The pool was amazing and the house had everything we needed. Was in a great location near a park that my kids loved. Only issue is many lights were burnt out throughout the house and pool area. There were replacement bulbs but some were so high we couldn’t reach.

Great home, great location and very responsive host.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house! Traveled from Oregon so we were really excited about spending time out back. Pool was amazing. We had a small issue with the pool heat (caused by us accidentally disconnecting the pool vacuum) and the host was super fast to respond and get it resolved for us. The house is well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again for a relaxing getaway.
