Reserve before it fills up! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10 with 2 Kings and 3 Queens, GREAT kitchen, breakfast bar. Flat Screen TV's in family room, master, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms and game room (4 total). Game room offers a TV viewing area, cocktail table and pool table. Single story, 2 car garage, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, stainless BBQ, 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool and spa. Enjoy sunset views over the desert as well!

***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

Located north of Dynamite, between Scottsdale Rd. and Cave Creek. A quick drive to North Scottsdale, north to Cave Creek, or south to Desert Ridge and City North of North-East Phoenix. Please note 1/4 mile of gravel road to get to driveway of home.

House is great for Hiking and golf

The house was clean upon arrival and well furnish. We play golf and it's well located for that and also great hiking close buy. Grocery is very accessible and hold town of Scottsdale. However the house need some love and the mattress are done and need to be change. I recommended the house it is quiet and a lot of wildlife.

Perfect Desert Getaway

This property was perfect and accommodated a group of 5 adults very nicely. Everything worked great and it is well stocked. The location gives you easy access to Carefree and Cave Creek while still be close to North Scottsdale. We explored the lakes and desert and would love to come back.

The Perfect Getaway

Great house for ourselves and best friends! The pool was clean and we had lots of fresh pool towels and noodles for our use. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. The beds were super comfy after days of golf and sight seeing. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Getaway

This was a great spot for a Thanksgiving getaway for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain. It was spacious with more than enough bedrooms and baths. The pool was great, but pretty expensive to heat. Overall, this is a great spot in the desert for a nice getaway.

The weather was a bit too chilly for the pool and we did not use the hot tub, but the patio fire place was used several times and it was perfect! We only prepared one meal and found that the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. This neighborhood is very handy to get in and out of.
