Efficiently near beach 302B
This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. The building is located off Pacific with its own cul-de-sac. Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. Another block is ABC , drug stores and shopping. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units. Each unit can be set up as a lock off, if you do not need five bedrooms just three or two. Each unit is private. When you enter the 302 door, small entrance area are two locked doors. Entrance to the three-bedroom unit or two-bedroom unit.
This unit 300B two-bedroom unit has the following set up. As you enter 302 door on main floor and hall, you have a locked door straight ahead 302 B two bedroom and three bedroom is the locked door to your right. Two queen bedrooms with their private baths one is just a shower the other tub/shower. Living area includes, table and chairs, queen sofa bed, and love sofa, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, but NO STOVE. Instead: air fryer, electric skillet, hotplate, toaster oven and coffee maker.

I have been a pilot for over 50 years: Air Force, retired from American Airlines after mergers with Piedmont and USAirways. Started in the weekly rental business with three apartments on this lot in 2005. This is the third year with my NEW units that I was the General Contractor.
Why they chose this property
This property is a great location to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, some times a real ocean, sometimes a lake with no waves. Great places Atlantic on Pacific( best oyster happy hour at the beach) or Mojitos great and so is the food both two blocks. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Park the car. Start it up when you leave if you want.
