In the popular resort of Son Serra de Marina, Casa Son Serra is situated only a few metres from the sea in the bay of Alcúdia. The vacation home is arranged on one level and can accommodate 8 people with a cosy living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Facilities of the child-friendly holiday home also include Wi-Fi, a cot and a garage. The covered terrace with sea view is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing in the open air. The beach and the nearest restaurants are just a few steps away and shopping facilities are a few minutes’ drive away.

Charming, cozy, clean house in great location with amazing porch.

Pros: The location was perfect, especially if you have a car to explore. Quiet & serene, the house was decorated so nicely and beds were comfy. We loved sitting on the covered porch watching the sunrise and eating dinner. The beach across the street was beautiful and not crowded. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Cons: There was a warm spell and we didn’t realize there was no air conditioning. The owner showed us where the fans were and we opened all the windows. After the 1st day we were very comfortable.

Ruhige Atmosphäre, haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wir kamen an und wurden direkt freundlich begrüßt. Er kann gut deutsch sprechen. Das Haus ist in ganz toller Lage! Wir waren im April, zur Nebensaison dort. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist genau richtig in diesem Haus. Wir waren zu 5 und man hatte auch die Möglichkeit sich aus dem Weg zu gehen. Da es mehrere Möglichkeiten gibt auf der Veranda und vor und hinter dem Haus zu sitzen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus (fast) direkt am Strand

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist schön. In der Früh den Kaffee mit Meeresrauschen zu genießen ist wunderbar bzw. bietet es sich an, am Abend, mit einem Glas Wein und Sand zwischen den Zehen, den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Im Haus waren ausreichend Handtücher sowie Strandtücher vorhanden (was so einen großen Vorteil darstellt, wenn man nur mit Handgepäck anreist und der Platz beschränkt ist). Auch waren Schirme und Sandspielzeug etc. da. Die Küche ist richtig gut mit allem was benötigt wird bestückt. 1 Minute Fußweg ist ein Lokal in dem man gut essen kann, eine Reservierung ist nötig bzw. empfehlenswert. Ganz toll war das kleine Geschäft um die Ecke des Hauses. Man konnte alles finde was man so im Alltag braucht. In der Früh gibt es frisches Brot, Croissants etc. Wie man lesen kann, hat das Haus wirklich eine tolle Lage. Mit dem Auto waren wir ca. 25-30 Minuten vom Strand Muro bzw. von Alcudia entfernt. Cons: Der Strand war uns zum Baden zu wellig, für Surfer ist es ein Paradis gewesen. Die Gegend ist ansich auch sehr winidg, auch gab es einiges an Allgen. Fährt man jedoch 25 Minuten mit dem Auto weiter ist man an den karibisch anmutenden Stränden Muro und Alcudia.

Wir kommen wieder!

Pros: Wir haben jeden Tag draußen auf der Terrasse gegessen und direkt aufs Meer geschaut. Das Rauschen der Wellen haben wir im Bett noch hören können. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, sogar Sandspielzeug und Schirme für den Strand waren da. Es war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit 4 Schlafzimmer auch für große Familien oder Gruppen geeignet. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt der von Souvenirs über Lebensmittel, frisches Obst bis zu den frischen Baguettes am Morgen alles zu bieten hat. Der Empfang spät abends war herzlich und freundlich. Wir danken Matteo und seiner Frau für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Han sido unos días de descanso maravillosos. La casa no puede estar mejor ubicada y la zona es muy tranquila. Nuestra gratitud a Mateu que ha estado pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas!!!
