This very exclusive apartment in the best location in Costa Adeje surprises with a large terrace from which one has a fantastic sea view. There you can enjoy the many sunny days to the fullest. The property belongs to the absolute top class on Tenerife in the popular and exclusive district of El Duque.
You can expect an incredible view over the Atlantic Ocean that stretches as far as La Gomera - here you can watch wonderful sunsets every day and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
This apartment with sufficient space offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is heated in winter and has sun loungers.
The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and a fridge-freezer.

All in all a great stay in Sven’s apartment. We were familiar with the area from previous stays in local hotels. Apartment was as described on the website and the check in and overall communication was 1st rate. Only slight point worth mentioning is that the apartment block entrance was at the top of a very steep hill if walking back. The apartment block itself though sits conveniently centrally in Costa Adeje so it’s easy to access all the restaurants and amenities this town offers.

Holiday Apartment

Firstly I must say that communication with Sven was excellent and Christina who met on our arrival which was 3hours before check-in time was also really good allowing us to enter the apartment on our arrival.The apartment is looking a bit drab due to its constant bookings but if you move beyond that it has everything you need The apartment is located on a steep hill with two entrances one halfway down and one at the top the apartments overlooks the pool area and is very quite in the evenings Happy holidays

Beautiful apartment and complex.

A very spacious and well appointed apartment within an extremely well maintained complex. Only minor drawback was the lack of sunbeds for the apartment's own terrace which is a very good size. Sven, Stephan and Julio were all very helpful and attentive.

Great pool, tired apartment

We love Del Duque II but this apartment was badly in need of updating. Broken lock on a door, a split toilet seat, missing fridge door handle, peeling kitchen cupboard doors, broken clothes drying rack, to name a few issues.Gorgeous pool & communal areas though.

WINTER SUN

Adeje never disappoints and this apartment is a 10 min walk to the beach. The complex is a labyrinth of apartments but there is easy access for people of all abilities as there are lifts/ramps everywhere. There are stand on scooters for rent kerb-side throughout the South of Tenerife now & lots of fun and easy to use so getting about not an issue. We won’t be renting a car again! The apartment looks like the pictures & we enjoyed our stay.

My husband, daughter and myself had a pleasant stay at Sven’s apartment 12-19 October 2019. Communication was prompt and Stefan was very helpful too. We had an issue after paying final amount - we read recent reviews which stated there was only air-con in master bedroom - we booked reading your description of both bedrooms having air-con...Sven himself stated in a review that there was air-com in living room but there wasn’t...HomeAway also stated there was air-con in both bedrooms. It seems it depends which site you use - it would appear that said descriptions have now been altered although I have screenshots...There’s only 1 Beach, bath and hand towel per person and only 2 sun loungers. Place is ideal for 3/4 people. Only 1 set of keys provided. Several other issues, a few of which Stefan resolved - the others were communicated to Sven in order to rectify before next holidaymakers. Handy for pool. There was 1 fan and Stefan provided another. All in all, there are definite improvements to be made in description and overall amenities.

Keine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen!!!!Wer ein schönes Zuhause hat bitte diese Wohnung nicht buchen!!!Eingestellte Fotos sind fake da offensichtlich Jahrzehnte alt. Staubsauger total kaputt. Wischmop ohne Stiel also auf die Knie beim Fliesenwischen. (Muss sein in 4 Wochen)Keine richtigen Bettdecken da nur Bezüge und dafür zu kleine Wolldecken zum Einziehen.Badezimmer furchtbar schlecht beleuchtet mit einerDeckenlampe und Glühbirne.Klodeckel wackelig und nicht zu reparieren da Schraubeausgeschlagen.Ceranfeld an einer Seite gesplittert.Schlafzimmer nicht zu verdunkeln mit den Uraltrollos.Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse zum Teil kaputt undwackelig.Uralt Stehleuchte im Wohnzimmer nicht mehr zu dimmenund somit immer hell. (nur wenn an natürlich)Einige Glühbirnen in Deckenlampen fehlten und konntennicht ersetzt werden, da die Decken zu hoch und keine Leiter vorhanden.Sonnenliegen speckig und nicht zu benutzen da dieSonne im November erst gegen 16.30 Uhr auf derTerrasse auftauchte. Vorher nur Schatten von denumliegenden Häusern.Keinerlei Kontakt zum Vermieter!!!!!Positiv war nur das schnelle WLan.

Ich finde es schade, das Sie eine so schlechte Bewertung schreiben ohne mich oder unser Team auf Teneriffa vorher informiert zu haben. Warum konnten Sie keinerlei Kontakt zum Vermieter aufnehmen? Ich antworte meine Mails 7 Tage die Woche innerhalb von einer Stunde teilweise bis nachts um 1.00 Uhr. Wenn ein Wischmop kaputt ist, warum meldet man sich dann nicht anstatt nach der Rückkehr so eine unmögliche Bewertung zu verfassen? Die Bilder sind übrigens keine Jahrzehnte alt sondern wurden von mir selbst vor ca. 3 Jahren gemacht. Wir hätten die Reparaturen gerne erledigt wenn Sie vorher etwas gesagt hätten. Das die Sonne im Winter erst nachmittags kommt, ist weder unsere Schuld, noch die des Apartments.

Dissapointment

Het uitzicht en zwembad is prachtig. Het appartement is te duur voor hoe wij het aantroffen. Groezelig met veel kapotte zaken en slecht onderhouden.Na dit aangegeven te hebben is er wel actie ondernomen door de beheerder en een paar dingen opgelost. Wij zijn 4 personen, 70 plussers, en moesten onze kleding 10 dagen in de koffer houden omdat een wankele gevaarlijke kast weggehaald werd op ons verzoek, er kwam geen nieuwe voor terug. Het 2e tweepersoons bedje is niet comfortabel en geschikt voor kinderen. De toiletjes waren ook op kinderhoogte. Wij waren erg teleurgesteld, hadden verwacht voor de prijs die we betaalden een comfortabelere en nettere woning aan te treffen in zo'n mooi complex. De eigenaar heeft excuus aangeboden en ons 10% korting op een volgend verblijf aangeboden.Het was eerlijker geweest als hij ons achteraf korting op deze reis had gegeven Dat was een pleister op de wond geweest. Heb dat overigens niet gevraagd. Dit is de eerste keer in 10 x Tenerife dat we zo'n recensie schrijven. Jammer maar helaas nodig.

Our 6 weeks stay.

Basically this apartment was very good. It is in a stylish complex in a lovely residential area of Costa Adeje. It is spacious with large balcony with good sea views. It is generally well equipped but there were a few issues. The most annoying was the fact that the duvets were not the right size for the beds, making them uncomfortable. In addition the extractor fan didn’t work, the lids didn’t fit any of the pans & the kitchen door lock was faulty. However even though we discovered that the apartment was rather overpriced compared to other similar apartments in the complex we still had a very enjoyable 6 weeks.

Thank you for your review. I am surprised that the duvets should not have the correct size! We are renting out 65 apartments and we have everywhere the same size of duvets, blankets and cushions! It is impossible, that they don´t fit the correct size...

Beautiful complex

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photographs and had everything that we needed for our weeks stay. It is in a lovely area with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants within a 10-15minute walk. The complex is beautiful with a chilled atmosphere and very clean. We were very appreciative of the use of the apartment until 3pm on the day of our departure (for a small fee). There are a few points that I would like to make though; it was evident on our arrival that the apartment hadn’t been checked recently as there was a problem with the electric resulting in us having no hot water and no cold fridge/freezer when we arrived at 9pm after a long day travelling. Stefan was very apologetic and we had hot water by midday the following day. There is a safe in the apartment which I don’t think is advertised on the website, there is a fee for the use of it. I would also like to point out that the sheet on one of the double beds was very worn and knobbly which is something that has been mentioned in a previous review. This said, we would definately return

A nice apartment in a quieter part of the resort which really suited us. Apartment itself had everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine, satellite tv, fast wifi, decent balcony with sea views and gets the sunset and overlooks the swimming pool. The complex is clean and well maintained and secure and we parked our hire car out front for free easy enough. It was about 10-15 minute walk to a lot of restaurants and decent beach so near enough but benefits from quieter nights and a taxi to Puerto Colon for example was only €5. Sven was very helpful and replied to questions promptly if I chose to come back to this resort this apartment would be top of my list.

The apartment and apartment complex are well looked after and very clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. It is very spacious and the 2 bathrooms are very useful with 2 daughters. The whole place and a nice relaxed vibe. The view from the terrace is lovely and great to sit and unwind with a glass or 2 of wine. We would definitely book this apartment again and have recommended to friends.
