Cozy apartment with fantastic panoramic views over Baltic Sea, harbor, forests and fields. Balcony facing south.

An idyll for nature lovers and peace seekers. The apartment is located on the peninsula Holnis, the northernmost mainland on the Baltic Sea. Cozy, bright and lovingly furnished, the accommodation is located on the third floor of an apartment building (lift available) and offers all the comfort. Impressive is the view of the Flensburg Fjord and the small sailing harbor "Club Nautic". On 44 mÂČ there is a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a spacious balcony.

The apartment is rented since summer 2018.

In the living room you will find two comfortable swing armchairs to relax. The dining table is located on the panoramic window and offers the best views, as well as the balcony facing south. TV, DVD player, radio, CD player are available. In the bedroom you will find next to the two separate beds a very spacious closet. The well-equipped and modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. It is cooked on two hotplates and in the electric grill.

If the kitchen should rather stay cold - the restaurant of the small marina across from host hungry sailors and holidaymakers alike.

The price includes the tourist tax of € 2.50 in high season and € 1.00 in low season per person per day. Also included in the total price is a set of linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) for € 15.00 per person per stay.

Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Wohnung sind einmalig. Obwohl Schausende etwas außerhalb von GlĂŒcksburg liegt und es in der NĂ€he wenig Infrastruktur wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Fewo mir traumhaftem Blick

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im dieser schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Natur rund herum lĂ€dt zu tollen Wanderungen ein. Teils direkt vor der HaustĂŒr aus. Die StrĂ€nde sind fĂŒr Familien gut geeignet. Die Halbinsel Holnis ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
