A great stay. The house was so well stocked we didnt need anything. Frank is very responsive and available for anything we needed. And you cant beat walking just a block to the beach!

Great place. Can’t beat the location. Property comes with a lot of amenities and items that you don’t need to bring yourself life chairs, beach toys, towels, etc. Frank the host was extremely accommodating

We stayed for the whole month in June and it’s the perfect location. We walked to everything, the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, shopping and yoga. The house is immaculately maintained and came with everything you need. Our family had a wonderful time here and would definitely book again. The host’s were so accommodating and very attentive. Our favorite spot was the front porch that wrapped around to the back. This is a must see property!!

If you’re looking for a seamless and easy stay, look no further. Frank is a gracious host that makes sure the house is stocked with all essentials so you won’t need to interrupt your vacation with an emergency grocery store run. Location is great in spot of Belmar and the house is perfect for a family or group a friends. We hope to stay here again!

Frank and his wife were excellent hosts. They responded in a moments notice. The house has everything, more than most VRBOs I have rented. The house was a great retreat with close access to the beach. I would definitely look to stay here again. Thanks Frank!
