Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

This property is an ideal location- close to the boardwalk and beach. It is at the quieter end of the beach. The unit is perfect for 2 people, although it has a couch that opens into a bed,Inside was comfortable, cool, and fresh smelling. This year was our 3rd visit and we will probably be back again!

There were several hiccups with my stay. However, Jim was instantaneously responsive, and lovely to deal with which made things so much better. The location cannot be beat, and the on site parking made all the difference. Even friends that came to visit for the day did not have difficulty finding street parking. Our stay in Seaside Heights was outstanding. Communication with James was prompt, with responses to our questions typically provided within 24 hours.My only concern was that another vehicle was parked in our designated parking space when we arrived, so I had to pay for street parking until the situation was resolved. Other than that oversight, everything about our stay was wonderful.The property was conveniently located near the boardwalk, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and we especially appreciated having access to the beach passes. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay again.

We had a great weekend stay at this apartment. The place was very clean and had everything exactly as promised. The boardwalk being just steps away was a huge plus, and the porch had an amazing view. The AC worked perfectly, parking was easy and spacious, and the rooms were bright and well lit. The premium bedding and towels added a nice touch, and the host was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Seaside Heights Stay

2nd year of staying in Jim's 1 bedroom place. The place is clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach it's just amazing!! Being able to get from the front door onto the beach in seconds is just amazing. If you're looking for a super clean and comfortable place within steps of the boardwalk/beach, then this is the place to choose.

Great spot!

Great spot, perfect location for our quick get away. The place was clean and the AC was on ready for us when we arrived. The linens and towels provided were a nice incentive and the ice in the freezer so when we got there after the long drive we could settle in with a cold drink. We will use this location again.
