In the south-east of the island, not far from the sea, in the small harbour town of Portocolom lies the Casa Can Fiol with a capacity for 8 people. The town house delights you with an outdoor area full of Mediterranean plants, which promises a relaxing holiday. This elegant holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot, a highchair and fitness equipment to ensure a multifaceted holiday. In the picturesque outdoor area you will find a covered terrace with garden furniture, a covered barbecue area, a pool and a hammock that invites you to relax and unwind between palm trees. In this small oasis with many places to sit and relax in the shade or sun you can spend a wonderful time-out in the immediate vicinity of numerous amenities: The town centre with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is only a 5-minutes' walk away and the nearest beach, Cala Marçal, is only 1.7 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Perfect villa in a nice town with a friendly and efficient host

Pros: The house was well equipped with high quality furniture, amenities, and good spacious rooms. The pool is really nice and there are lots of places to sit outside.

Family Summer Holiday

Pros: A lovely well equipped villa , very clean and simply furnished. The outdoor space is lovely, a great pool, sufficient sun beds, and a great BBQ and eating area. Esteve the host is very responsive if you have any queries and was contactable throughout our stay and leading up to our holiday. We hired a car so that we could visit different areas , but there is a good bus service and the villa is only 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. The area is fairly quiet but still some nice restaurants/ bars to visit. The nicest beach is a 30 minute walk away. Overall a lovely summer holiday. Cons: Not a negative at all really , but we personally would have preferred air conditioning in every bedroom as it is only in the lounge and two upstairs bedrooms, and the downstairs gym converted into a bedroom would be a bonus too for our family.

Sehr zufrieden!

Pros: - Schöne Finca mit super Einrichtung - in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants - in der Nähe des Strandes (3 Minuten mit dem Fahrzeug, sehr schöne Bucht) - Alles war sehr sauber - herzlicher und seriöser Hauseigentümer, war bei Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit - schöner Pool inklusivem Essbereich & WC sowie Dusche - Küchenausstattung war gut - für Familien sehr gut geeignet - Tischtennis - insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden Cons: - Extra Kosten für Klimaanlage (wir hatten diesbezüglich bereits vor der Reservierung Kenntnis - für den bezahlten Preis finde ich jedoch, dass diese Kosten nicht nocht extra verrechnet werden sollten) - Matratzen waren leider sehr unbequem

tolle Finca für einen unschlagbaren Preis!

Pros: Wir waren mit 8 Freunden eine Woche in dieser wirklich schönen Finca! Aufgrund der wenigen Bewertungen waren wir vor der Ankunft zunächst etwas skeptisch, ob alles so sein wird wie hier beschrieben. Die Bilder entsprechen 1:1 den Gegebenheiten und diese schöne Finca mit Charme ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten! Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und tut wirklich alles dafür, dass der Urlaub perfekt wird und es einem an Nichts fehlt! Mit dem Auto ca. 4-5 Minuten entfernt ist eine wunderschöne Bucht und auch der Pool ist wirklich schön. Rundum ein völlig gelungener Urlaub und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung! Cons: Es war alles super - sämtliche minimale „Mängel“ konnten dem Vermieter immer mitgeteilt werden und wurden sofort behoben!

Pros: Super schönes Haus und gut ausgestattet (Eierbecher wären noch gut). Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sofort vor Ort. Er ist super nett Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter. Cons: Da gibt es nichts. Bei kleinen Angelegenheiten wurde umgehend geholfen.

Prima huis, netjes en schoon.

Pros: Overkapping is super voor de lunch, borrel en BBQ. Zwembad is prima en grootte tuin. Huis zelf is ook erg netjes Cons: Geen gebruik van de airco kunnen maken. Ook voorgesteld te willen bij betalen maar het ging helaas niet.

Es gab kleine Probleme mit der neuen Steuerung der PV Anlage, die der Vermieter immer umgehend beheben konnte. Alles in allem eine super Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder
