With a fully fenced private yard, this home is perfect for those bringing dogs. There’s a water bowl, sofa cover and plenty of treats! We don’t have breed restrictions- all well behaved dogs are welcome.

There is a Keurig coffee station with provided k cups, creamer and syrups.

-BACKYARD & PATIO-
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened and shaded patio. After dinner enjoy a glass of wine and storytelling next to the propane fire pit under string lights. The backyard is private and fully fenced.

Perfect for families, this home has a pack-n-play crib, high chair, children’s utensils, outlet covers, and a baby gate for the stairs.

Perfectly located

Very pleased with this cute little place. We had 10 people staying. Screened porch was a nice thing to have and we enjoyed a few nights at the firepit. Some beds were a little hard and we could have used a couple extra towels and blankets but overall everything was nice. Ice cream joint within walking distance was delicious. Nice park across the street with volley ball nets.

Nice property

The house was very nicely set up and was a good choice for our vacation. We had a little bit of a hiccup gaining access when we first arrived but after that, no issues. We had 9 people in our party, 4 adults and 5 children. There were plenty of sleeping options to accommodate the group but I would suggest smaller parties for day to day comfort, if you plan to lounge at the home at anytime. It wasn't a bad choice but somewhat small for this many people to be in awake and doing things. The house was nice and clean. It had everything we needed to accommodate our stay except a regular coffee pot. It had a Keurig coffee maker which didnt work for 4 adults.

Our first home in Tampa- we are so excited you're choosing to stay here for your trip! It's central to downtown Tampa and tucked away in an adorable little neighborhood of Seminole Heights. There's a perfect blend of privacy and places to go like Bo's ice cream shop- a 2 min walk in the afternoon.
