Relax and Enjoy your Visit to Tampa in the Tropical Pool House!
This amazing pool home is all you need in Tampa to relax. The pool is heated only between October- April. The 1/2 acre property is located on the Rocky Creek Canal and has fishing available right across the street. This is a four roomy bedroom with 2 full bathroom w/ 2,000 sq ft of living space. There are TVs in every room and a 70" big screen in the family room. There are 3 queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed. There are also 2 sleeper sofas. There is seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a deck in the back w/ a table and chair set in the shade, as well as a hammock to enjoy the outside .beauty. The place is just amazing. Same owner as the TreeHouse. Please note that the garage is not accessible to tenants. The property owner uses it as storage.
