Clean, well kept place. Comfy furniture and the beds slept really well. Plenty of room for 4 adults or more.The owner put a lot of work into nicely decorated rooms with lots of little lake life touches. The screened porch is just awesome with comfortable furniture, lots of room and a great lake view.. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. A great place to visit with family. Easy commute to Helen and Toccoa Falls for sight seeing. Short drive to Tillys Tiki bar where the food and drinks were great. Nice quiet place on the lake to enjoy some downtime.

Lots of extra things. The kitchen had enough things to cook meals. We greatly 6the floats at the house out on the water. We loved the screened porch. We didn't make smores, but there were the stuff was all there, if you wanted to. Including wood for a fire

Our stay was great in everyway. The house backs right up to the lake, access to kayaks paddle boards and everything you need to have a good time on the lake. The host responded to messages almost immediately and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking for the whole family. We had no issues and had a wonderful relaxing time.

Great location right on the water! Really enjoyed our time on the lake and the use of the kayaks. We visited the Toccoa falls and it really is a nice place to visit. Great communication with the owner and we will be back!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The owner thought of everything we would need for our stay. Lake view was beautiful and our family enjoyed the fire pit and back porch area. Location was close to Helen, Toccoa Falls and Lake Hartwell Wildlife Park for some quick road trips. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was nestled away a alcove of the lake so it was not busy with boats and jet skis. It was relaxing and peaceful. It was a quite area. And there was so much to do on property for everyone. From kayaking ( which they provide), games, fishing, a bonfire etc. The host was grest at communicated and the house was very clean. We hope to stat there again.

Quiet Escape

Our quiet escape to the cabin on the lake was just what the family needed. The owners have all their bases covered to ensure that holiday makers have everything they could possibly need to make their stay comfortable! Our stay was most enjoyable.

Camp fires, S’mores, and swimming

The house was clean, well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. The adults loved the coffee bar and the kids loved the S’mores kit and snacks that waiting on the table when we arrived.

We found this property for our stay in Martin and couldn't have been happier. The house is exactly as advertised and the owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. The lake views did not disappoint! We will certainly book this one again if we are back in the area.

Mid 4th of July week Vacation!

We Loved the cozy lakehouse so much! Especially the screened in porch overlooking the lake! We enjoyed the kayaks that were included. The host was awesome! We will be back without a doubt!
