3 Bedroom camp next to Beech Hill Pond. Less than 100 ft from the water. Spend your evenings sitting next to the fire pit Listening to the loons sing. In the morning sit on the front deck drinking your coffee. Use one of our two included kayaks and explore the pond, or swim in the amazing clear water.
Fall is coming and leaf changing season will be here soon enjoy the fantastic views around the pond, or visit Acadia for the day. A short drive from this location with great shopping in both ellsworth and MDI.

Beautiful Retreat

The house was absolutely perfect and was a great way to relax for the weekend. Very dog friendly (dog bed, treats, and water/food bowls already there) and comfortable. We look forward to making this spot an annual trip!

Great stay

This property was the best VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. I can’t say enough about the entire experience. The lake was great, the smallmouth bass were hungry and plentiful, and the cabin was as advertised.

Peaceful retreat, didn't want to leave

We were there with our 7 year old daughter. The house was clean and cozy, and the air conditioner was so helpful/useful on a couple humid days. Great raft selection, some life vests, and a single kayak for peaceful solo trips. Yes, I'll second what someone else said - Perhaps a bit of an update to the kitchen tools/pots and pans set up would be welcome, but we made due with what was there and it didn't put a damper on our stay. The pond/lake was gorgeous. We had a couple dinners out in Ellsworth, and those were delightful. You'll want to get all the supplies you can and then just chill at the house. We felt like new people when we went home again. We would absolutely stay there again.

Peaceful and Relaxing.

This house was everything we could ask for. It was so peaceful by the lake and offered us privacy. The house inside was beautiful and a place where we could just relax. We enjoyed hearing the loons out on the lake in the early morning and late evening hours. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage on the lake. The cottage was nicely furnished and well equipped. We were a little disappointed that only 1 kayak was available instead of the 2 advertised but otherwise we had a lovely stay. I unplugged the air freshener right away as it was a little overpowering, and I would recommend adding a gate to the side of the desk so guests can sit out there and keep their kids and dogs contained fully - but otherwise, I would highly recommend this cottage as a wonderful lakeside retreat!
