Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment located in historic downtown Galveston! Just a block or two from everything you`re going to want to visit downtown, this location is tough to beat. Built in 1917, the League Lofts have been the ideal place to live for over a century, and now they`re being offered to you!! Designed and furnished in 2022, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 5, with everything you`re going to need to enjoy your Galveston getaway!! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.
● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

This was my second time staying at BeachBox Properties! This loft is adorable, beautiful old wood throughout, quiet and right in the heart of downtown and The Strand! It won’t be my last stay, it’s magnificent!

The apartment smelled of mildew the floors were old and uneven. There was a bug crawling on the wall. The location was great, but please renovate, get pest control and fix the elevator.

The property was very nice and clean. Communication was great. Check in easy. Great location easy walk to restaurants. Lack of an elevator on the third floor was not a problem for us but could be problematic for some. Definitely would stay again.

The location is walking distance to fantastic dining, galleries, live music venues, just about all of our favorite non-beach Galveston spots. The loft itself is charming and comfortable.

Very nice place and clean! 3rd floor andElevator not working. Air conditioner in bedroom kept beeping. Just turnedit off. Outside noise was terrible all night. People up and down hallway late at night.

Overall the place was okay. The walk up the steps with all of your luggage is annoying, The floors are dirty and loud to walk on, the bathroom was not clean and small, the living room was really nice, it is not in a safe area at all!
It was exactly what was pictured! AC was nice and cold. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Water pressure was great. Bikes were a fun perk. I do wish there had been a full length mirror but we would absolutely stay here again!
