Located in the heart of Sóller in a quiet area, this house accommodates up to 6 guests. Completely renovated, it retains its rustic charm. The property is spread over three floors and features a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms, and three bathrooms. There is also a spacious entrance area for storing bikes or drying clothes. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a crib, and a stove, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. Parking spaces are available within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the property. The house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, the nearest bus stop, and the train station are all just a few minutes’ walk away (bus stop: 350 m; train station: 400 m). The nearest beach, in Port de Sóller, is about 10 minutes away by car.



The roof has been renovated for improved thermal insulation and waterproofing. The house offers central heating, air conditioning with heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. Central heating operates on a timer to encourage responsible fuel use. Energy consumption (electricity and heating oil) is available for an extra fee.



The house is distributed over three floors with stairs and several mezzanines, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Beautiful home close to everything but not on the busiest street. Lots of room for our family to spread out, and my daughter loves that she could find places to go off by herself and hide away for a while.

Top! Ideal location in Soller and fantastic host. Book this one!

Pros: Host was super helpful with parking instructions, restaurant recommendations, and help throughout the stay. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the short walks into town, nearby restaurants, and morning coffee from the balcony. It was also great to have airco units in each bedroom. Cons: The hot water was a bit tempermental in the shower (took a long time to heat up, didn't stay hot during one shower).

Wonderful home! In the old village. Walk everywhere- its magical. Beautiful design and layout- the stairs were worth it. Parking is tricky so make sure to understand that before parking.. although tickets were only 10 euro so not bad if you make a mistake.Clean, comfy Beds, stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!!

A beautiful house in the centre of the old historic town. Despite the major festivities, the house is absolutely silent and calm. Perfect place to stay as a family and enjoy the mountain trails and lovely villages.
